Elvira Gladysh
ABA Tutor
For over seven years, I’ve had the privilege of working with children in various roles, including as a supply teacher, tutor, and therapist. I have now been specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), which has been an incredibly rewarding experience. Every child brings unique challenges and triumphs, and I love being part of their journey toward growth and independence.
Academically, I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Educational Neuroscience. These experiences have given me a strong foundation in understanding how children think and learn, allowing me to create meaningful learning opportunities that support their development.
In 2019, I moved to London with my sister, ready to embrace new adventures and opportunities. Outside of work, I’m a big fan of trying new foods, experimenting with recipes, and staying active at the gym. Shows like Friends and The Office are my comfort zone—I’ll happily rewatch them anytime. I also love traveling, whether it’s exploring somewhere new or revisiting old favorites. But honestly, my happiest moments are at home, enjoying a meal with loved ones.
Growing up, I admired the Pink Panther for his creativity and curiosity. That same sense of curiosity drives my work today, encouraging me to facilitate creative play and celebrate each child’s progress. What keeps me going is the joy of seeing kids grow and reach milestones—it’s an incredible feeling to be part of their journey.
