Seeing how structured processes and thoughtful organisation can positively impact children’s growth and communication reinforced my passion for creating efficient and supportive workspaces.
I’ve built my career around efficiency, problem-solving, and leadership, supporting executives, managing HR operations, and ensuring that businesses operate at their best. But what truly makes my heart sing? Helping teams grow and making an impact where it matters most, especially when it comes to children and families.
Over the years, I’ve worked alongside incredible professionals in education and childcare, ensuring that behind-the-scenes operations support the brilliant work being done with children. From coordinating events to managing teams, I’ve seen firsthand how organisation and structure can create a nurturing environment where kids thrive.
When I’m not busy transforming workspaces, you’ll find me exploring the world, indulging in creativity, and embracing the outdoors. I live in Rochester with my adorable Cavapoo, Oscar, who is the best companion for my long countryside walks. I have a passion for travel, always seeking new experiences, cultures, and adventures. I also love the intricate art of henna, a beautiful tradition that lets me express my creativity in a unique way. I’m always excited for the new adventures ahead!
